  Edoras

Eowyn, the sheild-maiden of Rohan and neice to King Theoden. This site will be mainly focusing on the progression of costumes worn by Eowyn from the film The Lord of the Rings "The Two Towers" and "The Return of the King." We first see her wearing a green velvet gown running up the stairs to the side of her uncle King Theoden saying: "Your son is badly wounded my Lord."

"My Lord, your son is dead. My lord? Uncle? Will you not go to him, will you do nothing?"

The second time we see Eowyn, she is wearing the white wool gown kneeling down beside the dead body of her cousin Theodred.

Grima Wormtongue attemps to console Eowyn regarding the loss of her cousin, instead he angers her with his deceptive words.

Your words are poison!

This is when she sees Aragorn for the first time from afar riding in on horseback with Legolas and Gandalf.

The arrival of Gandalf who then plans to release the spell that was put on Theoden by Saruman.
